Schools and colleges associated with the Uniting Church in South Australia provide education for around 6,000 students from Early Learning to Year 12. They offer a variety of learning environments, and a world class standard of excellence in facilities and academic standards. While these schools respect the faith diversity of all students, the story, values and practices of the Christian faith are expressed with integrity in order to nurture young lives for sound learning, faith, compassion and responsible service.

RELIEF CENTRES

UnitingCare SA is in active partnership with several Uniting Churches to create Relief Centres where people can go for a hot meal, food parcels or prepared take-away meals.

These services have provided well over 100,000 instances of support to South Australians since April 2020.

Food prepared by catering companies is accepted by negotiation.

Most of these services receive no funding to buy food – we are relying on the generosity of the community!
